IRIS: Wisdom and Virtue is a hardcore third-person action roguelike game combined with puzzles and platforming genres.

The game is developed with Unreal Engine 5 to achieve modern AAA-style western graphics and a smooth gameplay experience.

Explore a Shifting World

Players go through various of realms, while choose one of 1-3 paths to go through any realm variants.

Some realms may have a shortcut to reach The Gateway. Some realms are locked and can be accessed by buying temporary items in previous realms.

Combat with Purpose

Players have two types of attack: light attack and power attack. Attack pattern will be different when equipping different types of weapons.

Players can also parry to stunt enemies and block attacks to prevent losing health.

Fluid Movement + Grappling Hook

Players can climb, vault, and mantle different types of walls.

Most levels will have unique puzzle mechanisms with different combinations of numbers or patterns which are randomized in each run. (e.g. push/stack boxes, solve symbolic codes, etc.)

Bandits: Encounters & Depth

Each boss will have unique attack patterns, including boss lores and motivations on their appearance.

But with a twist, each defeated boss will give players fragments of memory that can give a permanent boost throughout the journey. They can be obtained after defeating and sparing any six distinct bosses.
